Recipe: Banana Muffins
I don't know if there's anything that smells better than banana muffins baking (besides freshly brewed coffee 🙌). These healthy muffins are refined sugar free, refined flour free, gluten free and full of delicious fibre, protein and good fats! And they're kid approved! They're super fast and easy to make and you can freeze them for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
3-4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup macadamia oil (can use coconut oil or grass fed butter)
170g greek yoghurt (full fat, low fat, no fat all work fine)
1/4 cup maple syrup (can use honey, stevia)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sorghum flour (can use buckwheat, oat or whole meal flour)
3/4 cup almond meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicard sode
pinch of Himalayan salt
Method
Pre heat oven 160 degrees (fan forced)
Mash bananas. Stir in wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients. Combine well.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Super charge your muffins with walnuts, dates, dark choc chips, macadamia nuts or a scoop of protein powder!
